UT ARS Sonora Project: Outstanding Results at the University of Tampa
We were proud to partner with The Beck Group on the University of Tampa’s ARS Sonora Project, a standout example of brick paver craftsmanship. The project spanned 21,000 square feet and included a total of 14,595 Pine Hall Brick pavers, cut into 29,186 custom pieces to create intricate patterns around the campus water feature.
This wasn’t just another campus project—it was a statement piece. The colors used, Pathway Full Range and Pathway Cocoa Full Range, were selected to match the University’s existing palette. Our ability to deliver on that vision earned us the Hardscape North America award in 2023 for excellence in clay brick installation.

Armature Works: Historic Meets Modern
Our work at Armature Works in Tampa is another example of the range that brick pavers can offer. This project involved approximately 170,000 square feet of both historic reclaimed brick and new pavers, carefully installed around buildings, parking areas, and walkways.
We were tasked with re-installing historic clay road brick and pairing it with new clay and concrete pavers in a way that felt cohesive. It wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was about honoring the original structure while enhancing it for modern use. The result included standout features like life-size paver checkerboards, showing how creativity and technical skill come together in our commercial jobs. When you walk through that space, you’re walking on history—and we’re proud to have been the ones who brought that history back to life.
Inlet Shore Project: Poolside Excellence
Inlet Shore stands out as a sleek, modern residential development, and we were brought in by CRS Building Corp. to handle the installation of Belgard Mirage Noon Porcelain Pavers and Belgard Oceanside Pavers for the amenity pool deck and surrounding walkways.
The surface area covered over 11,000 square feet and brought a level of luxury and detail to the common areas that residents interact with every day. The project earned an Honorable Mention at the 2021 Hardscape North America Awards—proof that even amenity-focused spaces benefit from careful design and installation. It’s not just about placing pavers in rows. Every line, every joint, every drainage cut matters. Our commercial clients trust us to get that right, and our track record shows why.
Historic Paver Work in St. Pete: A Respectful Restoration
While small in size, our repair work for a new development in the City of St. Petersburg speaks volumes about the importance of craftsmanship in paver installations. We were hired by Grand Central through Burgess Civil to recover, transport, and re-install historic bricks in a reconfigured alleyway for a new construction project. This kind of job demands respect for materials, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of historical context. We’ve since partnered with Barr & Barr on their Central Park St. Pete project at 551 Central Avenue and are nearing completion on two historic road renovations for The Nolen on 4th Avenue NE, in collaboration with Ellison Construction.
