Type of pavers used: Pine Hall Brick, Square Edge clay pavers in Pathway Full Range and Pathway Cocoa Full Range. These are the color of pavers used throughout the University of Tampa Campus. It is the campus standard.

Relevant information: We won A total of 14,595 bricks were used in the installation around the ARS Sonora water feature which accounts for a cut count of 29,186. Won the Hardscape North America award for Clay Brick install in 2023.
Armature Works Building
Type of pavers used: Historic clay road bricks, new clay vehicular pavers from Oldcastle and new concrete plank pavers from Tremron
Scope of work: Re-install historic clay road brick and install new clay pavers at parking areas and new concrete pedestrian pavers around buildings
Size of project: ~170,000 sq.ft.

Historic Street Pavers in St. Pete
Type of pavers used: Reclaimed historic brick
Scope of work: Repairs to historic brink for a new construction project in the City of St. Petersburg

Relevant information: We picked up the historic brick and re-installed with additional historic brick to reconfigure the alley entry way for a new development.
UT Campus - The Multipurpose Building

Scope of work: Intricate installation outside the University of Tampa’s new Multipurpose Building.
Size of project: 6,500 square feet
Customer name: The University of Tampa through The Beck Group.
Relevant information: The Multipurpose building is the largest building on the UT campus and is a combination residence hall, parking deck, classroom and office building.
New Moffitt Cancer Treatment Expansion
Type of pavers used: Tremron’s Plank Pavers
Scope of work: Installation of complicated, architect designed, paver pattern using a pallet of plank pavers at the entry of the new building and at a pedestrian installation off to its side.
Size of project: 4,000 square feet
Customer name: H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Expansion through Barr & Barr
Relevant information: The architect designed a specific pattern that needed to be repeated throughout the entire installation. Each paver had to be placed with intention.
Midtown Colony Grill
Type of pavers used: Oldcastle concrete pavers
Scope of work: Install vehicular pavers on roadways and pedestrian pavers on walkways and gathering areas

Reclaimed Brick
Type of pavers used: These are actually not reclaimed brick. They are brick made in Columbia to resemble reclaimed brick like Old Detroit. However, they are more reasonably priced.
Scope of work: Custom home renovation in gated community in Lakewood Ranch.

Downtown St. Pete Shell Stone Pavers
Type of pavers used: Artistic Pavers Planklock pavers shipped in from Miami
Scope of work: Install Planklock pavers on pool deck of new construction high rise in St. Petersburg.

Relevant information: Artistic Pavers are a beautiful product. They have seashells pressed into the pavers. The planks are special large format sizes.
USF Wellness Center
Type of pavers used: Wausau Tile
Scope of work: Install specialty Wausau hexagon pavers. Three colors were used. Each paver had to be placed to the exact design specifications of the architect.
Size of project: 2,000 square feet
Customer name: University of South Florida through Barr & Barr
Relevant information: Wausau Tile is in Wausau, Wisconsin. The pavers are specially ordered and come via railcar to be installed.
Veterans Administration
Type of pavers used: Wausau Tile’s Plank Pavers in two colors and 3,000 square feet of Tremron’s Truncated Dome Pavers
Scope of work: At the entrance of the facility and in some specialty pedestrian areas for the patients we installed custom plank pavers from Wausau Tile. Then all around the building we installed Truncated Dome Pavers.

Relevant information: The Wausau pavers are always look amazing. The Truncated Dome Pavers provide a wonderful and more attractive alternative to Truncated Dome mats.

Rooftop Install
Type of pavers used: Tremron’s Olde Towne Remodel pavers in color Glacier
Scope of work: Install pavers on a rooftop pool deck of a high rise in Tampa.
Size of project: 4,000 square feet
Customer name: Nicholas & Associates
Relevant information: This is the first time installing thin pavers on a rooftop deck. We used a product called Dri-Bond. The traditional install is pedestal pavers. This install was much more cost effective.
